Elon was taking OpenAI to court just months ago. It seemed like a way to trip them up from an IPO. Well, Musk lost, and OpenAI prevailed. Was the SPCX IPO price a way to further mess with OpenAI and even Anthropic IPO? Put a price out there that scews the market and buys time?
