Should we sell or hold everything on Monday? -for short term

I have some shares on Delta airlines (50%) and the rest on United airlines, intc, amd, QQQ. I have to sell everything until Thursday but this strait of hormuz crises stresses me so I need advice on whether I should go full sell on Monday? What are your plans?
