Can you “accidentally” incur huge debts with Flatex or Trade Republic?

Some time ago I saw a documentary in which a young woman apparently accidentally leveraged in her broker app and also used a loan. In the end she had debts amounting to several hundred thousand euros. Gamification in the app is difficult with such sums. Can something like this just happen at Flatex and Trade Republic? Flatex offers a loan of up to around €250k depending on the size of the deposit. At Flatex I always had my risk class after purchase
