Chile: Protests against right-wing government of President Kast

At the first State of the Nation address by President José Antonio Kast, who will be elected in 2025, thousands of people demonstrated against the planned social cuts. Since Kast took office in March, his approval ratings have fallen from 57 to 38 percent.
