21, opening my first brokerage account

I am opening a taxable brokerage account and looking to invest around 10k. What would be a good starting portfolio of ETFs and how much money should I put into each? Since I am young, I would be open to more risk if it means potentially higher rewards in the future. Some of the ETFs I've been looking into are VOO/VTI , VXUS, SPMO, SMH.
