Lump sums in ibkr: Tiered vs Fixed pricing

Hello everyone, i would like to start investing a lump sum of 10.000 EUR and buy WEBN Etf, and then later invest small lumps sums from time to time and i would like to ask which ibkr Pricing i should set, a tiered or a fixed pricing.
