Need investment vehicle suggestion for a private club

I am the treasurer of a small ski club. We are a registered non-profit organization. We charge annual dues, and then also lodging fees when people stay at the house we own in Vermont. Over the years the club has amassed about $50K in our zero interest savings account. I'm trying to get this invested into something very low risk, like a CD or a high yield savings account.
