Where does lifestyle inflation start?

This is a question I've been asking myself a lot lately. The much-quoted lifestyle inflation. When you really start to think about it, the boundary is kind of unclear to me. We (normal people) all start with a small budget. No matter whether you are an apprentice, a student or a career changer. The budget is tight.
