Fair inheritance

Hi guys, in the future I will be in the situation where I and my sister will inherit a 3-family house, so everyone will own 50%. I already live in the small apartment with 60 m², it will be moved to the large one with 120 m², and the rent for the third apartment will be split 50:50. I currently pay 500 euros in basic rent (family price). Because we are both theoretically entitled to 90m² each based on these two apartments, a compensation payment is being considered, which I will receive for the difference
