University fees and investing 18M £13000

18M starting uni this September and will be taking out a maintenance loan and tuition fee loan. Im privileged enough for my parents to be able to work out the tuition loan and i have £13000 saved from work and gifts etc which they have told me is for paying off my maintenance loan and accommodation fees. Its currently kept in an isa at 2.8% (around that figure) but i think i could be better off by investing into an all world or something of the like (should mention also that i have been lucky en
