What account model do you have in your relationship?

Hello everyone, I recently talked to colleagues and they were very surprised at the account model we use. 3 accounts: - Main account where both salaries come in - everyone has their own account with play money. Many also have three accounts but everyone only pays the respective share into the joint account for rent, etc. I also have to say about our situation that neither of us brought a lot of financial resources into the relationship.
