Scalable Capital: Balance not payable for months - does anyone know this?

I have a question about Scalable Capital. I deposited €250 via Scalable Instant in April 2026. According to the app, the deposit was fully settled on April 27, 2026. The money is also shown as Buying Power (€250). However, “Withdrawable” still says €0.00 today. I didn't buy any securities with the money, nor did I have any open orders or other positions. Has anyone ever had the same problem? ● What could be the reason? ● Is there a special feature for Scalable Instant?
