Delivery service: Uber takes over Delivery Hero for up to 13 billion euros

The US group has presented the delivery service's shareholders with an offer of 41.50 euros per share and has already secured the majority through an agreement with a major shareholder. This makes Uber the largest food delivery company outside of China.
