Savings tool: purchase check

Hey, I built a tool with Claude Code that should help me (and others) spend less money. The result is a purchase check, which, after answering questions, gives an assessment of how worthwhile a purchase is. What was particularly important to me was the price per use or price per year for regular purchases.
