Two months ago a letter came from Commerzbank asking my wife to check her personal information. There was a mistake, we sent everything back. A month later the same thing (and everything was sent back again), two weeks later the same thing, this time with the threat of an account blocking on June 18th. Today, June 15th, I went to the branch. The data was now correct, was updated again and now has to be passed on to another department
