Europe: Magyar: Hungary and Ukraine are about to reach agreement on minority issues

After his visit to Berlin, the Hungarian Prime Minister announced the prospect of resolving differences with Ukraine. Negotiations are currently underway regarding the educational rights of the Hungarian minority in Ukraine, Magyar said.
