26yo, a lot of questions lately about taking loans, investing, buying home, etc. Help me choose right way to move forward.

Hi, im a 26yo, living in Latvia. Just a short introduction where i am at: Im currently making 15eur/h net, so about ~2400eur per month net. For this country and my age I think its pretty good spot to be in.
