I have 10K to invest, how should i invest it?

have 10K to invest, how should i invest it? I am thinking about smp500 and some ai companies but I have never bought any stock or funds in my life so i am a bit hesitant. if you have any suggestions about how to spread the money i am open to hearing about it!
