Advance flat rate ETFs (MSCI World)

Hello everyone, I'm currently in the process of preparing my tax return and have a question about the advance flat rate. How is the advance flat rate calculated if an ETF is only purchased or saved during the year, i.e. there was no inventory at the beginning of the year? In this case, can an advance flat rate be charged for the year in question, and if so, how is the basic income determined?
