Open a German bank account as a German abroad? (DKB, etc.)

Good Morning! Unfortunately, I'm not an expert on this topic, but I wanted to ask if someone could give me some food for thought here. I have been deregistered since 2014, spent 10 years in the UK and have been traveling more or less half-yearly since 2024, although my main residence, center of life and tax number are in Thailand. I'm using Wise at the moment, but I'm not really happy with it because it's not a "real" bank. What could I possibly consider?
