Mini-job abolition vs. active pension

Hello everyone, a thought recently occurred to me and I hope that smarter people than me (you) could explain to me where my error in thinking is because that can't really be the case: mini-jobs are currently supposed to be abolished and therefore most part-time jobs / student jobs etc. are fully taxed + social security contributions. You can think what you want about it now, but that's just the way it is. At the same time, there is now an active pension where virtually everyone from 67 can earn €2,000 in addition to their pension. here are
