Stock market: Iran escalation pushes the Dax below 25,000 points

At the beginning of the week, the leading German index had climbed to a record high of 25,900 points. In view of dwindling hopes of an early end to the war in Iran, the index was temporarily around 1,000 points lower on Wednesday.
