Rant about finding a home

Hello everyone, I'm looking intensively for a home after two years. I had set myself a deadline of my 30th birthday. This was celebrated yesterday. I'm no longer interested in deluded old people who offer their renovation stalls for utopian prices. I'm no longer interested in fairly priced houses that ultimately end up in a bidding process. I'm tired of competing young families who are mindlessly rushing to 30 years old
