New action plan: Hubertz wants to reduce construction costs: applications only digitally from 2028

There is a shortage of around one million apartments in Germany, and affordable housing is particularly scarce in large cities. Now Construction Minister Hubertz wants to remedy the situation - and is presenting a whole series of measures.
