Is my company pension scheme worth it?

Unfortunately I have no idea about the topic and would like to ask for advice. About me: I have been employed permanently since 11/25 and receive 13 salaries. As a benefit, we also receive an additional 0.4 salaries in the form of a company pension scheme. I received the following email from HR and would need help deciphering it. My goal is to find out how much I contribute myself and whether these values ​​are good or whether the company pension plan and any personal payments are worth it. Email from HR: “bAV/month = €136.54 + possibly personal contribution: €20.50
