Refinance KFW repayment?

Hello, as a last resort I unfortunately had to apply for a KFW student loan and have a very large amount to pay back. Interest rates were wonderful before the pandemic, but now they are outrageous. I have to reduce my monthly payment to the minimum (€190), most of which is interest. Do you have experience with debt restructuring? Are there banks that give a loan with a sum of around 25k for debt restructuring, then with a better interest rate? I also pay off student loans and
