Can someone explain to me why the returns since purchase are two different amounts? (Scalable Capital)

Hello everyone, I just got into the Neo Broker business a few months ago and was a little confused about the amount of my actual return. Above I see a plus of 117.74 euros. However, further down in the portfolio it says that it has increased by 421.48 euros or 421.89 (?) euros since purchase. Can someone explain to me where this deviation comes from and which number should be the deciding factor for me? submitted by /u/UnleashYourSoul [link] [comments]

Iraq Revives Kurdistan Production in Bid to Rescue Oil Revenues

Iraq’s Prime Minister Ali Falih Al-Zaidi has directed oil companies operating in the semi-autonomous region of Kurdistan to resume operations beginning on Thursday, as OPEC’s second-largest producer scrambles to export crude with the Strait of Hormuz de facto closed. At a meeting with executives from oil companies operating in Kurdistan and top officials from the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), Al-Zaidi directed companies to restart activities on Thursday, “emphasizing the importance of joi

Am I saving too much?

I earn €3,700 net (I'm single, 35). Of that: - €1,200 for housing, fixed costs, fuel and groceries - €300 for leisure time (going out and other things) - €200 for vacation account [EDIT: in addition to the €2,400 that I transfer to the vacation account every month, there are bonus payments and other money left over from other planned fixed costs. This gives me €4,000-5,000 a year that I have available for vacation. No, I don't sleep in hostels and I don't just fly low-cost airlines. I pl

House Passes War Powers Measure on Iran, But Trump Will Likely Kill It

The House voted 215-208 on Wednesday to direct President Donald Trump to withdraw U.S. forces from the Iran conflict, with four Republicans crossing the aisle in the most significant congressional pushback on Operation Epic Fury since the war began Feb. 28. The resolution, introduced by Rep. Gregory Meeks (D-N.Y.), invokes the 1973 War Powers Act and directs Trump to remove U.S. armed forces from hostilities with Iran unless Congress formally declares war or authorizes the use of military force.

Many wind and solar power plants in China are strangled amid global energy crisis: report

China is wasting a huge amount of green energy as the world grapples with an energy shortage because of the Strait of Hormuz crisis. The “wasted” wind and solar energy stems from inflexible grid management that continues to position coal as a stabilising source of power and stymies a clean energy expansion that could otherwise generate electricity equivalent to the needs of France, according to analysis by the Centre for Research on Energy and Clean Air (CREA) think tank. China’s energy demand..

South Korean ruling party’s ‘flawed landslide’ election win dents Lee’s reform drive

South Korean President Lee Jae Myung’s ruling party swept most of the country’s major local elections, but a narrow defeat in Seoul has given conservatives a foothold to challenge his reform agenda. The loss in the capital, South Korea’s political and property-market centre, has taken the shine off an otherwise dominant performance by the ruling Democratic Party of Korea (DPK), dealing a blow to Lee’s plans for tougher real estate taxation, according to observers. Across the country, the DPK won

China rejects OECD report on industrial subsidies as ‘one-sided’ amid EU trade tensions

China has rejected a recent OECD report that said its firms receive far higher government subsidies than international peers, calling the findings “one-sided and arbitrary” at a time when EU concerns over Beijing’s industrial policy are intensifying. “The report’s definition of ‘subsidies’ lacks a unified standard and statistical framework, and deviates from consensus under multilateral frameworks such as the World Trade Organization,” the Ministry of Commerce said in a statement on...

Emergency fund or retirement provision

Hello everyone, I currently have the following situation: I am saving 10% of my net income in an ETF for my retirement planning/possible property purchase and 5% for my emergency fund. Unfortunately, my emergency fund is currently only 2/3 of my net salary, whereas my ETF has saved significantly more. My ETF is currently at its highest level (up 40% since I started investing). Should I sell shares to replenish my emergency fund in the event of an emergency and a crash?

Thailand’s shrimp industry at ‘lowest point’ as it reels from Malaysia import ban

Thailand’s shrimp industry is reeling from the latest blow to its once market-dominant business after Malaysia this week suspended imports from its northern neighbour, triggering fresh despair from a sector whose revenue has nosedived in the 15 years since it claimed the crown as the world’s largest exporter. Malaysia’s temporary ban on five shrimp species – as well as tightened import requirements for Thai sea bass – came into force on Monday. The trade row comes as Thailand’s fisheries sector.

Comerzbank active open real estate fund hausInvest get rid of TER 3.47%

Hey guys, years ago I had an account at Commerzbank. There I was sold an actively managed open real estate fund (hausInvest, WKN 980701) - with a very relaxed TER of 3.47%. I have now switched to DKB and would like to sell the thing and convert it into an ETF. However, the DKB displays “Blocked until 06.10.26 – Open-End Real Estate Fund”. I also see two different prices: “Over-the-counter” approx. €44.20 “Tradegate” €39.64 There
