Should I expect WHT on STRC stock?

So, as an EU investors if I hold STRC stock, should I expect withholding taxes to be held by the broker? Supposedly the company classifies the payments as "return on capital" which is technically a return of your own money. So the payments are made as tax deferred dividends. Anyone had any experience with these? I think brokers don't need to keep WHT, but if they do it could be nearly impossible to claim back from the IRS.
