Where should the coal go?

About a year ago I liquidated my portfolio because I was planning to buy a house and of course I've been pissed ever since. Buying a house is dragging on because we can't find anything suitable. So there are 700k in the DBX0AN and I regularly throw up what would have happened if I had left the ETF portion in the ETF (although I am happy about the not insignificant portion of Bitcoins that go with it). Since the house purchase is still planned (but will certainly take another 6-36 months) and I eh

Unpopular opinion: Finance now feels like the Bild newspaper

I now have the impression that every second newspaper article is published on finance, and pretty much every one seems scandalous. Yes, there is a lot going on politically, everything annoys me and apparently there is little positive to report at the moment. But do we really need to discuss the fact that the professor is dissatisfied with his salary or the private landlord is living on the subsistence level? submitted by /u/fitim92 [link] [comments]

Middle East Conflict Clouds LNG Outlook as Global Trade Hits Record High

Photovoltaic system on the roof with a relatively good feed-in tariff until 2030, which my father will take over. Renovation in the area

Can Singapore and Indonesia’s energy push kick-start regional power grid?

Singapore and Indonesia’s latest push to trade low-carbon electricity could become more than a bilateral energy deal, with analysts saying it might offer Southeast Asia a practical test case for a regional power grid that has long struggled to move from ambition to implementation. The cooperation, centred on electricity-import deals and cross-border interconnector projects, is also expected to strengthen Singapore’s energy security and help the city state reach its sustainability goals, while...

The club has €150,000 in free reserves. How to invest safely, without risk?

Hello, we are a small non-profit youth work organization and finance ourselves through grants. There is currently around €150,000 in the account, currently as daily money at the savings bank at 0.4%. With inflation we lose real money. These are free reserves, not earmarked funds. The money can stay there for a while, but it shouldn't be locked away for decades. If in doubt, we want to get to it. What it's not about: returns or big profits. We want
