Förderrente (Riester) Scam - was damit tun?

Hallo, ich habe vor 20 Jahren diesen Riester Kram abgeschlossen, der ein kompletter Scam ist. Nicht einmal im letzten Jahr haben die es geschafft, Gewinn auf mein Geld zu erwirtschaften. Hätte ich das Geld in einem ETF World angelegt, hätte es wenigstens 7% Plus gemacht. In 2024 sogar +26%. Kann ich die auf Schadenersatz verklagen oder Untreue? Was mache ich mit dem Guthaben?
