emergency fund of $11k + €10k, IBKR? TR? Or?

I have 11K$ and 10K€ emergency fund. My bank is eating it away 6€ a month as service fees. So I'm looking at my options. I can load it up to Trading 212 (since Trade republic doesn't hold dollars) earn interest on them. I can load it up to my IBKR account and let it just sit there. At least doesn't eat away via fees. I can put them in a short term money market fund via IBKR. What would you do? Do I need this next months? No. I've got some cash so I don't need it "liquid right now" but I need it
