Vanguard is retiring ETF Alerts?!?

I just called Vanguard to ask why I never recieved an email alert for an ETF that went below the price and volume threshold I set for it, and to ask if it's possible to setup text alerts as well only to find out they're retiring the entire service soon?!? WTF?!? The lady I spoke with said it will end around June 8th... I rely on that service when I'm away from my computer and not checking yahoo!finance 24/7...
