German Naval Yards: Seizure torpedoes purchase of war yard by Rheinmetall or TKMS

The Navy needs more combat ships, and the German Naval Yards shipyard in Kiel could supply them. Rheinmetall and TKMS therefore want to acquire the boat builder - and have to wait for the time being due to a seizure.
