I want to buy an allotment and have to use my savings to do so

Hello, I want to buy a great allotment garden. I have listed reasons for the garden below. My point here is that I need around €10,000 and either have to take it out of my portfolio or need a loan. A loan is out of the question for me because I don't think I'll get more return on the money than I pay in interest. How do I ensure that I don't run out of money to retire?
