New dairy giant: More than just milk

The daily glass of milk is going out of fashion. Cheese, skyr and protein products, on the other hand, are booming. This is exactly what makes the merger of the two large dairy cooperatives Arla and DMK so interesting. Not everyone is enthusiastic about it.
