Switch ETFs for retirement planning?

Hi :) I'm currently considering whether it makes sense to "restructure" my retirement provision. I currently have around 70% in MSCI World and 30% in MSCI EM in my retirement planning. Somehow it feels like it would be better to put the entire savings rate into the FTSE All World and not split it up. I'm in my early 30s and still have enough time until retirement so that a change could still make sense. However, it also feels wrong to dissolve the current setup,
