A motion for a resolution by the AfD parliamentary group on refugee accommodation in the Ostprignitz-Ruppin district was rejected in the Brandenburg state parliament. The group accuses the state government of inadequate supervision and calls on it to take action against the district. Existing business relationships with two anonymously named entrepreneurs should be terminated and not re-established in the future. In addition, the accommodation costs reimbursed between 2017 and 2023 will be examined for possible reclaims due to violations of budget principles. The motion for a resolution was rejected by 27 votes in favor to 55 against. There were no abstentions.
