Lump Sum €25000 Investment

Hello all, I’ve got around €25,000 to invest and at the moment I’m looking at a couple of options. One is VWRA on the London Stock Exchange, which seems like a solid all-world ETF choice. The other option is going heavier into semiconductors. I’ve mainly been looking at SMH and SOXX on the Nasdaq after doing some basic research and using a bit of AI to compare them.
