Any advantage to move RSUs to EU?

I get RSUs via my employer that follow a regular vesting schedule. As a broker I have a company specified account at E-Trade. I am thinking to move the shares that are already vested to IBKR, since it is domiciled in the EU and my assets will be out of the US.
