Anxiety buying in this market

I'm having lots of trouble buying and commiting to a stock in this market. Everything seems to be ripping (except the stocks I hold) and companies I had in my watchlist have skyrocketed far from my entry price. But even those I consider buying, and do, I have trouble holding: I buy, see it drop 1% immediately due to the very high volatility and set a limit sell at $0.01 over my entry price.
