Submission on a complaint about the accommodation of asylum seekers in Markt Lappersdorf
At the initiative of the AfD parliamentary group, the Bavarian state parliament voted by name on the resolution regarding the complaint against the Regensburg district office regarding the accommodation of asylum seekers in the market Lappersdorf. The Committee for Submissions and Complaints had already dealt with the complaint in the form of a petition on March 26, 2025 and decided to consider the incident resolved because the state government had commented on it. In the petition, the petitioner wanted to ensure that the apartment building next to his home would no longer be used as accommodation for up to 27 asylum seekers. At the same time, the petitioner filed a supervisory complaint against the responsible district administrator. Both the petition and the supervisory complaint were declared resolved in the committee. The roll-call vote on this petition that the incidents have been resolved was clear: the petition was accepted with 134 yes votes to 28 no votes. There was one abstention from Patrick Grossmann from the CSU parliamentary group. CSU MP Karl Straub also voted with the AfD.
