Extend the rent control and also use it consistently in Schleswig-Holstein

The SPD parliamentary group has submitted a motion for a roll-call vote in the state parliament. The application calls on the state government to support the extension of the rent control for four years at the federal level. In addition, a legal basis should be created to bring an ordinance into force as soon as possible that sets rent controls in all cities and municipalities in Schleswig-Holstein with a tight housing market. The application was rejected with 50 votes against. 16 MPs voted yes and there were no abstentions.
