Measures against arson attacks on AfD and CSU offices in Munich
An emergency motion from the AfD parliamentary group in the Bavarian state parliament was rejected, in which the parliamentary group called on the state government to implement measures against the arson attacks on AfD and CSU offices in Munich. Among other things, bans on associations against groups under the name “ANTIFA” are to be decided, regular police operations in endangered buildings are to be guaranteed and the reward for witnesses is to be increased. The background to the application is a series of arson attacks in the past six years, the damage of which amounts to at least 25 million euros. The AfD parliamentary group's urgent motion was rejected with 104 votes against. 25 MPs voted in favor, there were no abstentions.
