Development of the “Schanzacker” with an initial reception facility for refugees

The state parliament voted on a corresponding recommendation for a resolution from the Petitions Committee, which stipulates that the petition to develop the "Schanzacker" with an initial reception facility for refugees cannot be remedied. The petitioners requested that development be refrained from at the Ludwigsburg “Schanzacker” location, as the open space must be preserved for agricultural use, among other things. The recommendation for a resolution was approved with 98 votes in favor and 28 against, with no abstentions. The petitioners’ demands were thus rejected.
