I’ve been looking more into Section 8 rental investing lately and honestly I think a lot of people misunderstand it. From what I’m seeing, the biggest upside is stability. A large portion of the rent is government-backed, demand is consistently high in many markets, and there’s less pressure to chase luxury upgrades or trendy areas.
