KTM: Europe's largest manufacturer is apparently putting illegal motorcycles on the road

The Austrian motorcycle manufacturer KTM is said to be bringing off-road motorcycles onto the road on a large scale in a condition that does not comply with the rules. This would allow retailers to systematically circumvent European emissions and noise regulations.
