Battle for Delivery Hero: Uber significantly increases its share

In the takeover poker for the delivery service Delivery Hero, Uber is increasing its share to almost 37 percent. So far, Uber controls 24.99 percent of the voting rights - and thus remains just below the threshold for a mandatory offer.
