Rolling over 401k to Schwab. Looking for stable growth funds

Hello Hal, My company recently got acquired by a major corporation and my 401(k) wasn't doing that great anyway so I am rolling it over to Schwab so it can be in the same place as my other investments. Can anyone recommend stable funds with decent growth or perhaps a retirement oriented package that Schwab offers? I'm not a super savvy investor and I'm just looking for something relatively safe.
