Universal Music: Major UMG shareholder Bollore rejects Bill Ackman

Bill Ackman's hedge fund Pershing Square is offering around $56 billion for the music company Universal Music Group. This corresponds to an increase of 78 percent compared to the beginning of April. The bid is much low, says major UMG shareholder Bollore.
